Nimby Storage units have a range of sizes:
6m x 3m = 18m² – single garage
9m x 3m = 27m²
6m x 6m = 36m² – double garage
9m x 6m = 54m²
Entrance heights to the units vary from 2,1m to 3m in height, allowing tenants greater volume for their storage.
The units are constructed with brickwork and have access via a steel roll-up door. The roll-up doors have a double bolt locking system for which the tenant must provide two locks. The roofing is white Chromadek sheeting with a 100mm glass wool insulation which maintains a more constant temperature. Access to the facility is gained via your mobile phone and the gate keeper system.
Tenants may not store any goods that are perishable or food items, illegal, hazardous, stolen, flammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, foul smelling or anything that constitutes a risk or nuisance to the property, staff or other Tenants of the Storage Units.
Storage units are available for an initial 3 (three) month period, thereafter on a month to month rental basis payable in advance, on or before the first day of each and every month. The tenant must pay a deposit (equal to one month’s rental) with the first month’s rental to secure a unit. The Agreement of Lease shall continue indefinitely subject to either party giving to the other one (1) calendar months written notice of termination by not later than the last day of the month immediately preceding the notice.
